This notice explains what information luv-cannabis.com collects and how it is used. The site is for adults 21 and older in Oregon. We do not sell your information.

Wholesale request form

If you submit the Request LUV form, we receive what you enter: dispensary name, OLCC license number, contact name, email, phone, city, products of interest and your message. We use it only to respond to your request. The form is delivered to our team by email through our email provider, Resend. The website itself does not keep a database of submissions.

Age check

When you confirm you are 21 or older, your browser stores that answer for 30 days so you aren't asked on every visit. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Store locator

When you search by zip code, the lookup happens in your browser using public U.S. Census data built into the site. Your zip code is not sent to us or to any other service. The store map is drawn by the site itself and loads nothing from third parties.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed, the general area visitors come from, device type, and whether someone requests directions or submits the wholesale form. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
